Objective
To assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of solrikitug 375 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W) on blood eosinophil counts compared with placebo in all participants.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Key Inclusion Criteria
- Adults 40–75 years
- Physician-diagnosed COPD
- Smoking history ≥10 pack-years
- Stable COPD (no recent acute exacerbation)
- Post-bronchodilator FEV₁/FVC < 0.70
- Able to comply with study visits and procedures
Key Exclusion Criteria
- Current diagnosis of asthma or other significant lung disease
- Recent COPD exacerbation or respiratory infection
- Clinically significant uncontrolled comorbidities
- Use of prohibited medications
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
