About This Study

Concept

To determine if Depemokimab reduces the rate of moderate/severe exacerbations compared to placebo.

Who Can Participate

Key Eligibility Criteria

Below are the main inclusion and exclusion criteria for this study. The full eligibility assessment will be discussed with you by our research team during screening.

Key Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 40–80 years
  • Documented COPD for ≥12 months
  • High Blood Eosinophil Count (BEC): ≥300 cells/µL at screening or ≥150 cells/µL with a history of ≥300 cells/µL
  • Stable maintenance COPD therapy for ≥6 months

Key Exclusion Criteria

  • Current diagnosis of asthma
  • Other significant lung diseases
  • Use of other respiratory biologics
