This adaptive study evaluates two different investigational drugs (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) against a common placebo in participants with COPD.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Key Inclusion Criteria
- Adults with moderate-to-very severe COPD
- Age 35 to 80 years
- History of COPD exacerbations
- Subgroups focused on high blood eosinophil counts (≥300 cells/µL)
Key Exclusion Criteria
- History of other significant lung diseases (e.g., asthma, pulmonary fibrosis)
- Recent use of prohibited medications including certain biologics or systemic steroids
